Hi that looks tasty.. but at our house we do it a bit different.. we slice the banana up to look like quarters. then we put them in a medium-high flame and cook them with butter. we dont move them too often so that the bananas become like a syrup.. we do stir them about every 20 minutes.. and we let it cook for about an hour and a half.. yeah it takes long but its soo gooood.. then we toast the bread and add pb and yeah man.. real tasty!
