Hi, I'm Courtney, 29, Eugene, OR.

I currently live away from home, and so I post a bunch of pictures of me and my stuff, since my family misses lookin' at me. Good thing I love blogging and taking strange random pictures on my cell phone... It works out beautifully for everyone. Well except some people try to cover the camera lens but I'm sneaky!

Yes take it out of plastic 7-8 min on high in microwave or 45 min at 400 in oven. Oven version works best to keep cheese from melting into soup, but it tastes great either way

At least I don't feel lonely (and a little less stupid) to have thrown the box out. Typing "Costco French onion soup" did the trick. The oven option is better than microwave.

Alan says:

I just did an inventory of our freezer and found "things, wonderful things," including two cylinders of frozen onion soup, which we will have for lunch. I highly recommend inventorying once a year. Also found steaks, bones for the dogs and 3 chicken carcasses, so now I'll make stock--although I also found a 2 qt container of stock that I made after last year's inventory. Plats du Chef has a very nice web site. A community without politics is a beautiful thing.
