toronto architecture and a new lens

one way to perk things up is to try a new lens. bfish suggested I try the 10-22mm, so I have one ($25 until 10:30am Monday) and it is great with architecture, wide landscape, who knows. I am in learning mode.

this is the new architectural treat in toronto, and I really like it. forgive the stairs but they are wonderful. Libeskind, the architect took great pains with details, and the red crystal outside is stunning at sunset.

That looks great. I know next to nothing about lenses, but a little about Liebeskind. Great stairs, they are indeed wonderful and your shot is much better than my snap of a disorientating Liebeskind staircase in Salford.

thanks. Being a small person, I had to lean way out over the stairs, and hold the camera and trust.

by now we all are friends, so when you yell get out of the way, I want that shot, they move. old time gallant, I would call them. a scruffy strange group united in the need to get the good shot.
