You're right - even via YouTube & this rather crunchy headset, they sound great.
Not a bad sound, from a cam-phone.
The N95 still impresses me.
Edit/
These are photo's from the Nikon D80
love their scarves : ) I really miss being in my choral society, espec. this time of year.
the overhead pew shot is super
(loved your Psycho Road Movie and train video too : ))
Hee - it would appear someone agrees!
thanks all, and thanks for the HL.
I really was impressed by their standard. Real power belting out of there. Only an upright piano in the corner accompanying.
This is the old Dutch reformed church, about a fifth of the size of the Catholic collosus across the square. But beautiful in its simplicity.
Yes, it's a nice snap of Annie.
glad you liked the silly movies JD, getting quite a collection going on "Jxl-TUBE" now.
I'd like to do some stop-animation when I get the time.
May have a few days over Xmas.
The choir sounds wonderful, and the church is lovely.
my favourite video is Psycho Road Movie. you aren't bored driving around are you?
A gorgeous portrait in the final shot :) I love the vignetting; it really adds to the shots.
thanks again all!
The true stars are of course the ladies and gents of the "Hooge Bongert".
Glad you like some of the others SwampRose. I did the annoying music to that "psycho road" too, and "train home", and "CCCLXVI", and "on the road", all done in a period when I "was into that"
So no, I certainly am never ever bored, not enough hours in the day!
:-)
Tnx for that Euphro, that vignetting is becoming something of a trademark of mine. I like the way it pulls a shot together, leads the eye into the picture.
And I was also rather shamelessly "putting the spotlight" onto Anja's mother in one or two of the shots too.
