JXL, Ikea is the best for low energy bulbs in the UK so I assume will be the same where you are?

Like JXL i did the same. All my new bulbs now use about 20% of their previous electricity. And my monthly bill is LOWER! And It's also about turning off those switches when you leave a room. An empty room should be DARK.
So maybe I should take direct action and drop a letter through Mr & Mrs Dazzle's door. Remind me to do it if I don't report back...
