I am a female, carbon based lifeform.
I am a New York City Native.
I am a Design Professional.
I take photographs.
I also sculpt, paint, create mosaics, and play with weapons.

I knew this was you the second I saw the thumbnail. It looks delicious. Garlic flan is fine by me, I have a recipe for garlic custard. :)
Go check out the recipe in the link. It's time consuming, but really worth it, I think.
I do too. I usually buy it pre-chopped to save time(obv. I bought whole heads for this) and go through a very large jar a month, easily.
We go through tons too. I buy it fresh from the market near work, but we can go through several large heads in a week considering most meals have at least 3-4 cloves of garlic chopped into it.
I wll eventually try this. Just have to get the right dishes as I don't own enough ramakins.
