We haven't started to seek a tenant yet - we want to get all of our stuff out of here first, give the place a thorough cleaning again (wall scrubbing, windows, steam clean the rugs, etc), let the snow clear out so we can de-poop the yard, etc. This isn't a good time to try to rent a place as no one here moves from rental to rental in winter if they don't have to.
The good thing is, with my new job, I can pay the mortage here myself while Don's income covers everything else, as long as we're frugal about dining out and stuff. So we have some leeway to find good tenants and don't have to take the first one to come along.

Sounds like things are setting up nicely, being able to hold out for the right tenants is great. :)
