Top of Lower Goat Lane, Norwich. I'm sure that wasn't there last time I was there. It's the kind of thing I'd notice.

I forgot to go and check whether there was one by Upper Goat Lane too, sadly.

Look out for sightings of V whilst you're at it. She's in Norwich this week and is rollerblade shopping, which I guess would take her into that area.
