How did I get here part 2

Got approval for my project to go ahead today after my worries and uptightness . Contracts signed. Papers passed on. I start data collection in March. It still feels weird though.

Thanks Billion. The picture is a follow up of this one here

It's a PhD project looking at how 'untrained' and 'unqualified' people develop skill and knowledge in health and social care. It has been kind of tricky to get off the ground, win buy-in and get approved. But I'm nearly there now. Now it's taking the idea to get it tested with real people and data - that feels weird after 18 months of planning.
