I'm a tarot reader and hobby astrologer just about all the time I'm not grooming dogs. I've been reading for about ten years now and have a lovely website http://lupaloo.net created for me by my talented web designing, show producing and ever charming Irish man. We're doing live tarot chats these days which include free one card readings for all viewers and free flowing question and answer sessions. We've also set up a forum as well as a blog on the site. Poor Little Oreo
Oreo has been the responsibility of her 10 year old owner. Mom brought the dog in today and she has to be shaved head to tail because she's a nearly solid matt. Moral of the story is that children can't do the big job of keeping a dog's coat brushed between grooms. Most adults can't/won't do it. So Oreo will lose her coat of felt today and I'll talk to mom about a more practical plan for the future.

Good luck educating the mom. If there is one thing I learned back when I worked at the kennel though, it's that you can't fix dumb, and the willfully ignorant will continue to be ignorant in the face of almost anything.

We have a pretty high success rate here with educating our customers. There are plenty who just don't care but most of ours only have to be shaved bald once before they get on a regular schedule.
