Evening stroll out to get Griff from after hours activity. Don't you just love the way towns change into something else after dark?

You know our town don't you Carpe? (coming down this way sometime?). I think it seems sleepy but active. Most of all like the way it twists into different shadows.

darkness is my friend-and have you notice how darkness also seems to turn the volume down?

taniwha says:

You're right. My town at night is a little like Fishsausage says, the volume is turned down but also, the restaurants open and it's easy to start tkinking about your dinner. It reminds me a little of the high street in 'When the Tiger came to tea' where Mum and Dad and the little go to a cafe for dinner because the tiger had consumed everything including the water out of the taps.

Fishsausage, you're right. It quiets the mind down. I've noticed my colleagues work in darkened office bar a single anglepoise lamp. Maybe that's what they're doing when their trying to work?
