Good-looking bunch of chooks, specially the top one. Nice one of Lemmy there too but maybe a bit too pleased to see them...
After seeing Lemmy with the rabbit in the previous one would he have a good chew on these if he could?
he was introduced to hens as a puppy, so he doesn't see them as prey. he does want to be friends though, and he's pretty physical about being friends.
I'm sure he'll get his if he gets too friendly. Big claws on them little birds.
Any reasoning for the mix? To tell them apart? Different eggs?
no reason, other than that we could. it is nice to be able to tell them apart though.
I think we'll be getting a mixture of white and brown eggs, but I'm not completely sure. yet.
