Was/is he sitting in the road shooting at stuff, or just waving his gun about?

A guy in the Cadillac Escalade was speeding. NJ state police tried to pull him over. He started driving erratically and they pulled back. The guy stopped on the middle of the bridge (between NJ & Philadelphia). There is a woman & a baby in the SUV. He has some weapons. Police are still negotiating with him at this time.

All over now. The people all surrendered peacefully. And the guy had a toy gun. Dumbass...

That's really scary. Fingers crossed here that it all ends peacefully, or more importantly, that the woman and child escape unharmed.

The NJ state police were trying to pull him over for outstanding parking tickets or something like that... It always starts like that. Just check out those cop video shows...
