A 366-day pursuit in personal portraiture, presented by nige.
The challenge: to photograph, and post to this moblog, a portrait shot of myself, every single day, over the next year. Apparently, it's much harder than it sounds...
Perhaps more challenging: that i don't enjoy seeing my phizog in a photo at the best of times, and knowing that i'm probably going to annoy the hell out of the moblog community in doing this. So, sincere apologies in advance for this undertaking, but i just can't help myself. I promise to try and be creative, so you won't have to look at my mug every day.
Anyone interested in joining me? I think i'm probably going to need the company...

Funny how you focus on the ears once the mouth is closed and the eyes are not so bright ;) ..... but still one handsome young man .... but hang on, is that a white suit you are wearing (with a black shirt) ..... oh dear :(
haha, i guess i fo have big ears in this one, don't i?
white suit? thats a beige coat!
I don't have many ID cards with photos on them.
I don't think any of my student ID cards ever had photos and at some schools we didn't even have ID cards. As far as I can remember that DL I posted is my first photo ID card. Then my next was my passport, but I didn't get that until I was older.
you think D? i was struggling to keep a straight face. this was taken in reception on my first day, and everyone was walking past and looking at the new guy. i was a little shy.
shame you don't have any more picture ID's Tori. looking at everyones is so great.
Oh my - serious Nige! Unfortunately all my old ID cards are thousands of miles safely out of reach - thank goodness! There are true horrors lurking...
besides, if you don't i'll jus ask Crickson to sneak them on here...
*evil laugh
Luckily for me he can't! They're somewhere in a box of stuff in deepest (well on the left-hand edge of) Lincolnshire where neither of us can get at them. What a relief!
*evil sigh of relief
I didn't notice the ears...
...until Maggie D said that.
I would take part, honest I would, but the safe place I put my little bundle of old IDs in was a little too safe. I'm always doing this...
damn again (on the ears).
sounds like my style of tidying up. if i handn't stumbled on these ID's by chance, there's no way i would have found them if someone asked me :)
We obviously went to the same finishing school. I'll hunt about tonight. Unfortunately, I don't think you're missing any amusing corkers - I tend to look depressed/haunted/suicidal in passport photos.
