Hildegard, you might like the location of this lift: St Nikolai Kirche. The second Gilbert Scott tower/spire I'd been up in as many weeks. I prefered the one with stairs.

If it weren't for the SLR you could almost be in a Doctor Who episode - really similiar colours.

And no tweaking, believe it or not. That's how it came out of the camera. I think it's a slightly slow exposure coupled with motion that produced those warm colours.

So how long do you reckon, before The Doctor regenerates as a woman?

No, not glass-bottomed. Glass sides and a mirrored ceiling. And then outside intermittently open to the elements up a great big neo-gothic spire. Yikes.
