I often have a bit of a winge on here about shoddy treatment and bad work practices.
I'd just like to take this opportunity to praise and say thank you to Tesco, Magor, near Newport.
Recieved at the gate by a friendly face and clear instructions how to proceed (it's a massive place). Straight on to a bay, the driver's reception area is clean and tidy, there are (today's) papers on the table and a tv on in the corner. I hand in the paper work and the guy invites me to go and have breakfast in the canteen. A full English plate-full cost me 1,25 and now I'm ready to leave, emptied of 19.5 tons of peanut butter in just over an hour.
