Back burning ops

Did some back burning operations this week at the 12 mile block.

As long as the wind direction doesnt change, then its all quite safe.

We did a control burn of about 30m around the block so that when the fires do come later in year, it wont jump into this paddock and burn all our bush tucker trees that we got growing here.

A neighbouring melon grower had tried to do the burning for us a couple of weeks ago. Fortunately the grass was still a bit green and burnt itself out without incident.
