I have been a Rod fan since age 11 and this song, the one that starts "If I listen long enough to you.." is a great favourite and not surprisingly the song in my head as I was playing it in my office this morning. I recently heard it done by Billy Bragg and Lisa Miller on some USA chat show I think. Billy ain't much of a ballad singer (imnsho) but it still sounded great. Hard to spoil a good song.....
