yes, hotdog. We have a dealer and a big one who moved over here after he was harassed in a neighbourhood next to us. I don't want harassment. I want an arrest. I see a lot of pain, every day.

good luck with getting the dealer out, the trick is to get as many bodies as possible to make complaints so the law is forced into action. meanwhile they'll probably maintain that they're collecting evidence to catch the guys further up the chain, which is bullshit, as it doesn't protect anyone at street level. you're in our prayers, and thanks for the irises!
