Wow. Incredibly beautiful animal there. Quite regal, in looks and attitude.
She really was a very handsome bird, she had freedom of 2 acres and her plumage and muscle tone were gorgeous.....didnt like strangers tho.......
Allez Coco! :)
Now you simply have to read Un Coeur Simple by Flaubert...
meowing could be very useful I imagine...confuse the enemy :-)
Hildegard I think I will have to read it, and post a copy to our hosts.....the house was full of little groupings of objects like shrines, there was also a dove that joined us for breakfast and nested in a bowl of cherries......
It sounds like quite the amazing place, Paintist. There's a woman here in Almont who had over 30 birds at one point. She had a couple of different types of parrots who had meowing down to an art. They seem to like baiting cats. :D
Oh my, now that sounds like a most interesting place to stay .....
Maggie it was lol.....so many things to say about it, I could write an essay :-)
It was like a Peter Greenaway film...
Hari sent me the link as I was away and haven't been able to follow what's going on. What a beautiful bird. meowing is quite normal ;-) looked like a very interesting breakfast
every morning we were there a bird joined us for breakfast....it was very interesting :-)
That's so weird, there was an african grey at the rescue centre where me and headless just were and she was called Coco too! She was a bit bitey though.
