It's not updated daily, not even regularly sometimes. It gets updated when I manage to get round to it. It's mainly me moaning about things. ;)

Well I decided to add a few more (some I left out last time) as people seem to like them.

There are still more shots I wanted to get, but couldn't get the phone to focus properly. It kept focusing on things behind the subject, so maybe I can upload another time when I have taken some with the 'proper' camera.
I don't like to post things taken with the canon as this was (I believe) originally meant to be photo's taken with a mobile phone, so I try to keep it that way. However, I may break my own rule sometimes depending on the subject and any problems I might encounter with the phone's camera.

There are still no photo's of the Fork-leaved Sundew (Drosera binata), the flower & buds on the Drosera capensis is one of those that doesn't want to be focused upon so that might come later and the Wrigleyana flower was also being awkward so there is only one of those included here. Again, I may add more later from the Canon.

So anyway, from the top..

1 - Nepenthes ventrata - full plant.

2 - Nepenthes ventrata - close-up of all the pitchers.

3 - Even closer close-up of a few pitchers (sorry about OOF on closest pitcher).

4 - Looking into the pitcher of doom.

5 - Cape Sundew (Drosera capensis)

6 - Wrigleyana flower (complete with resident cheeky spider)

some lovely shots there... and some of them are rather big pitchers!

Thanks Dhamaka - These pitchers are the smallest ones I have. :)

The Nepenthes miranda are huge compared to these. Maybe I should post up a comparison.

wow
and most people don't worry about what they use to take their pics - lots of people have developed their interest in photography by using the sites and seem to be getting bigger and better pics all the time - no rules here

Thanks for the comment, Viv.

If that is the case with the cameras then maybe I should submit some taken with my Canon.

The photography interest has always been with me, but has gone mad over the years, particularly since the advent of digital cameras and not being constantly told not to waste the films on 'silly pictures' ;)
