Looking down a speciality.
Teazleicious Diva-cat photos for the lazy at heart.
Now with added kitten.
'tis indeed.
The Futurist. I'd love to go in but I suspect you'd need a hard hat these days.
The Futurist
ps. That was the shot I was getting when someone came up behind to copy my shot the other day. It's The Futurist reflected in one of the many, hideous office buildings opposite. More cubist than futurist once it's been reflected.
Hahaha. So this was the picture! Wish I was there at the time, but then again, if i was i'd probably have been taking a photo myself.
Ah you don't. It's a really depressing street and the bus queue is always interminable. That shot would have been better with a decent zoom lens - I couldn't get any closer without being run over.
Thanks factotum. I thought of you and a previous conversation about formalism (sort of) when I took these.
I'm still trying to get to grips with what formalist photography might be - but I think the very fact I see irony in this set disqualifies it.
Did you see it when they replaced the roller blind with a piece of glass? The inside is in a bad way, you need more than a hard hat. I've got pics somewhere, I'll try to dig them out (but it'll probably have to wait till the end of the month).
No, I didn't see lilitiger. They did that once temporarily for the Biennial. I'd love to see the inside pictures.
