WARNING:A little bit spoilery and very pervy on the comment thread!

This is Davros on the front of next weeks Radio Times. He is so full of
awesome and he is poised to conquer the Whoniverse and reality itself.
We love him and won't be sorry if he succeeds. We are considering
changing our surname by deed poll to Davros. Would it be going too far
to say we are also considering the surgical removal of one arm each so
that we can be more like him?

I'm off to write some Davros/Ten slash PWP fanfiction. Livejournal, here I
come!

Rich says:

I'd really like a poster of this cover, for it is ace times ten.

seaneeboy says:

What an amazing few episodes we've had. Can't wait for tomorrow's finale!

EDIT - in fact, some of RTD's finest season finale work...

4th Jul 2008, 11:51

Twiglet says:

Yes, a poster would be terrific. The Radio Times have done DW posters in the past by collecting tokens. Also can't wait for tomorrow's finale although the RT has it that someone will die. Let's just hope it's Cpt Jack!

We are eagerly awaiting a Davros action figure which I fervently hope will be out in time for the BS birthday in November.

4th Jul 2008, 12:10

OCD Sprocket says:

I was going on a date tomorrow, but I've cancelled because she wanted to meet up when Dr Who was on. Some women just don't have their priorities in order!

4th Jul 2008, 12:55

Helen says:

Hmmm, I need to find somewhere to watch it... I can't wait for iPlayer this week.

4th Jul 2008, 13:15

Twiglet says:

I dunno Sprocket, that's a difficult one as there might have been a chance of sex.... You have to decide which is more important, a cross between Stephen Hawkin and Hitler destroying the Whoniverse and all therein or a chance of red hot rampant full on dirty disgusting sex. I'm glad you've got your priorities right.....

4th Jul 2008, 13:17

ookiine says:

More Doctor Who!!!! I can't wait until it gets to the US!

4th Jul 2008, 13:53

Twiglet says:

You'll love this series ookiine, there's someone you love in it!

4th Jul 2008, 13:55

OCD Sprocket says:

"red hot rampant full on dirty disgusting sex" that's my favourite kind !!!!

Damn! Damn! Damn! Why didn't I just go out and buy a video recorder???

4th Jul 2008, 14:00

taniwha says:

But where's the spoiler in this thread? Is it the news that Sprocket won't get sex this Saturday?

4th Jul 2008, 14:27

Helen says:

I think that must be it.

I think he made the right choice.

4th Jul 2008, 14:46

Rich says:

couldn't she come round and have sex with you while you watch Doctor Who?

actually that might be a bit full on, especially if it's a first date.

4th Jul 2008, 15:01

FilbertFox says:

"red hot rampant full on dirty disgusting sex" is there any other sort?

And it ain't a spoiler to say OCD won't be getting any this saturday. He is not married so can't get any. I believe that is the law.

4th Jul 2008, 15:08

Helen says:

I thought it was the other way round? That if you're married you can't get any?

Sex whilst watching Who? Surely that's distracting? Although a big long scarf would HAVE to be involved.

4th Jul 2008, 15:14

Twiglet says:

The spoiler is that the RT said someone's going to die. As long as it ain't Ianto I couldn't give a damn.

Anyone wishing for Dr Who and sex, may I recommend a cyberman mask.....

4th Jul 2008, 15:14

Helen says:

...and a Dalek's plunger?

I feel. Wrong.

This is a children's programme.

4th Jul 2008, 15:15

Rich says:

i have a the scarf

I've literally never thought of it like that

4th Jul 2008, 15:16

Twiglet says:

I don't!

4th Jul 2008, 15:16

Twiglet says:

But wasn't it spazzy Doctor that wore the scarf. I want ninth Doctor love....

4th Jul 2008, 15:18

Helen says:

It's just a prop. Doesn't matter which Doctor wore it... all that matters is what your Doctor does with it.

Oh man.

4th Jul 2008, 15:21

FilbertFox says:

Helen - it is so not a children's proramme. It may have started that way.

I have tried Dr Who sex (please don't tell BB) and i can recomend it. The plunger is good.....

4th Jul 2008, 15:24

Helen says:

I had my tongue in my cheek when I said that...

How exciting FF. I expect it blows Doctors and Nurses right out of the playground.

4th Jul 2008, 15:29

FilbertFox says:

oh yes. Much better than the wardrobe and batman costume too.

4th Jul 2008, 15:31

Twiglet says:

So..... Sexy northern accent ninth Doctor (DCI from Cracker) or Peter Davidson (vet from all creatures) or both tied up with spazzy Doctors scarf... Yeah, I could go with that....

4th Jul 2008, 15:36

Twiglet says:

Oh God. Just noticed that this thread is topping the comments on the busyness bit.

*Dies of shame....

4th Jul 2008, 15:37

Helen says:

That actually works.

Wouldn't need much scarf to deal with DT.

Oh my. That IS embarrassing.

4th Jul 2008, 15:40

Twiglet says:

Perhaps Russel T D should think about making an adult (bondage) version.

4th Jul 2008, 15:42

FilbertFox says:

Peter D should never be thought of in a sexual context

4th Jul 2008, 15:44

FilbertFox says:

so for me it would be CE or DT. With or without props/costumes

4th Jul 2008, 15:46

Twiglet says:

FFox: BS has just reminded me that as I'm knocking on a bit maybe I should stick with William Hartnell...

4th Jul 2008, 15:52

Rich says:

make it stop, please

4th Jul 2008, 16:17

Helen says:

Yuh. I don't think we need slash fiction on Moblog.

Siiiiigh.

4th Jul 2008, 16:23

FilbertFox says:

twiggers - you are only as old as the man you want to feel

4th Jul 2008, 16:25

Steve says:

I'm shocked...

4th Jul 2008, 16:28

Helen says:

Bother. I should stop going for older men. It's ageing me.

Sorry DT, you are too old.

4th Jul 2008, 16:35

Twiglet says:

FFox: I was around even before the first ever episode of Doctor Who.... I'm older than a bloody Time Lord. *Sniff

(But I don't half have a good time!!)

4th Jul 2008, 16:43

taniwha says:

anyway ... more high minded matters ... goodness, you people ...

... it's not a spoiler to suggest that someone dies tomorrow. Wasn't it suggested in the episode two weeks ago? (someone suggested to Donna that she would lose someone). Anyway, my unsubstantiated guess - The Dr dies, doesn't regenerate but is somehow regrown from the hand in the jar. Told my 8 year old this yesterday. He didn't agree ... but then he disagreed when I told him that his school friend didn't play against David Beckham either.

4th Jul 2008, 16:47

Twiglet says:

I personally don't think anything on a trailer or in the TV guides should be regarded as spoilers but honestly taniwha, loads of fans are really spooky about it. I don't care much for surprises myself...

4th Jul 2008, 16:52

taniwha says:

Oh I know. I appreciate the spoiler warnings too. I do like idle speculation though ... about the doctor in the show or his sex life.

... but to involve the scarf? Yeesh.

4th Jul 2008, 16:59

Twiglet says:

In that case I've just remembered that the 9th Doctor was also the invisible man in Heroes. Ooooo! How hot is that!

Edit: Not, you understand that I ever watch any of these programs. I'm much too busy being a pillar of the local community.

4th Jul 2008, 17:13

taniwha says:

Oh yeah, I remember that. It was a nice turn. When English actors go to America they sometimes do a kind of exaggerated accent (Daphne Moon in Frasier). His wasn't so bad.

4th Jul 2008, 17:20

Helen says:

Don't knock the scarf until you've tried it.

4th Jul 2008, 17:20

OCD Sprocket says:

omg! what have you been talking about in my absence??!!! and No, it's not much of a spoiler to suggest that I won't be getting any this weekend.

trailer said that the Doctor's most "faithful" companion would die, that can only mean one "person" to me

4th Jul 2008, 19:29

Helen says:

Rose? Sarah Jane? K-9?!!!!

4th Jul 2008, 19:49

MaggieD says:

Oh my, this is sooo funny :D
*thinks*

4th Jul 2008, 19:59

Helen says:

Uh oh!

4th Jul 2008, 20:10

Rich says:

The Doctors real most faithful companion is the TARDIS.

4th Jul 2008, 21:09

Helen says:

No, no, that's just unthinkable.

4th Jul 2008, 21:13

Helen says:

No, no, that's just unthinkable.

4th Jul 2008, 21:13

taniwha says:

Nah, it won't be the TARDIS. I reckon if any companion dies it'll be K9 who came in on Sarah Jane's coat tails. K9=dog=faithful.

4th Jul 2008, 22:07

OCD Sprocket says:

Yup, I reckon K9 - I never watched the Sarah Jane show, but wasn't K9 off in space repairing a rift in time somewhere? hmmm a rift caused by Dalek Khan?

oh gosh, only 24 hrs to go

4th Jul 2008, 22:36

Viv says:

now I understand the cartoon!

4th Jul 2008, 22:49

Rich says:

yeah if the TARDIS is destroyed then Donna will be... well, a fobwatched TARDIS, brought back to life and then something timey-wimey to bring her back to life but lacking memories of what happened. I iz a geenus.

5th Jul 2008, 00:04

Helen says:

Err, yeah, I'll just pretend I understood that.

5th Jul 2008, 02:15

FilbertFox says:

Stop the speculation and get back to the smut please

5th Jul 2008, 06:47

OCD Sprocket says:

SPOILER ALERT - the RED Dalek is actually K-9 in disguise

5th Jul 2008, 08:03

Steve says:

I the books you have human shaped Tardises (Tardi? Tardisis? Tardis'?) I quite like the idea.
