Rich says:

Yeah, it's all good again. Sorry about the loss of your stuff, highly annoying and frustrating but it won't happen again.
And don't be such a stranger, Mr E, i know you're enjoying with Flickr a lot now, but we've missed you here. Spread the love around!

(BTW, Ocean's top, good work.)

Warren Ellis says:

The new phone isn't letting me email, and MMS seems not to work here most of the time...

Rich says:

Hm. What kind new phone? I can get our tech goblins to rustle up an solution, possibly. probably not, but y'know.

/Alfie says:

We've fixed the mms problem, but I think that the problem your experiencing when images dont get through is because the images are over the 250kb cap... (its the 7610 Rich, so 1.0 mpx)

Joe says:

An unfortunate drawback of having a nice phone, at least the s700i offers to resize them for you though...

Warren Ellis says:

MMS images from the Nokia 7610 are automatically resized and tend to clock in somewhere between 30 and 75K.

/Alfie says:

wtf!?
right, Im well confused now.

20th Dec 2004, 16:54

Joe says:

thats weird, my 7610 never used to resize the images when I had it on full quality, I used to end up with 300k+ photos.
maybe you have newer firmware?

20th Dec 2004, 16:57

Warren Ellis says:

Maybe. Mine's fresh out of Finland, a couple of months old.

mat says:

MMS probably isn't working because Vodafone have changed your phone's email address again, they're prone to doing that without telling anyone. Not quite sure why they do this, and no-one from Vodafone could help when I spoke to them either.
