For a city infested with people that learn to avert their eyes before they learn to crawl, a whole bunch of folks in Manhattan stared at me with Bear hat on.
I love your hat. I was looking for one too, but they dont seem to come in adult sizes. Who knows, if you play snailmail with us, I might just get one ;)
I can try. These hats are sold by a resident of NYC names Ravi Marimuthu through his company, "Beebop and Wally. The only time I have seen them was at the Holiday Market in Union Square, which is now over.
If I run across them again, I will pick one up for you.
Great clothing line, shame noone knows where to contact him for more stuff, we gave some as xmas gifts and everyone wanted more. Am trying the editor of The Reident which mentioned him in an article on the Union Sq Market recently.
I have one of the bear hats too - love it. He also shows his stuff in Grand Central Station - check one of the side rooms off the main hall (above the Oyster Bar). He has some cute jackets out right now for the Spring Fair, which runs through May, I think. I don't think the cute hats are out, since it's getting warm, but I'll seen them at Grand Central's holiday market in December.
I went to Grand Central and didn't see his stuff. :(
Sorry Alfie, you may just have to wait until cold snowy season comes back.
Just spent weekend in NYC and found Beebop & Wally outdoors @ Spring & Wooster Streets. Love this stuff.
I am also looking for beebop and wally--bought a skirt everyone loves, and would love to send them business
There is an outdoor spot at Spring and Wooster Streets where all the Beebop and Wally stuff is sold year round... jackets, sweaters, hats, etc.
I love my Beebop & Wally shirt and want to buy more but I'm in Seattle! Help!
have a long sleeve shirt that has the thumb hole -- made by Beebop and Wally -- not sure what to call it-- Retro or punk?
awwwwww
