I figured, if I'm going to have a camera phone then I might as well share the pictures. So here I am sharing.

I now carry a Crackberry Pearl because my RED RAZR drowned in an unfortunate bathroom incident in NYC.

This is Chamard Vineyards.

1. Entrance to the winery (where the magic happens).

2. All the way in the back is the press where they put the grapes to be squished. The tanks in the front is where the juice goes to wait for the settling process and sometimes to age (depending on the wine).

3. These are the barrels used to age the wine. The ones stacked up on the left are used for the white wines and the ones lined up on the right are used for red wines. Different type of wood.

Continue on to next post to read about the remainder of the process.
