Bronze Statue outside a gallery on Prince Street

I took a picture of this statue and moblogged it when I was drunk on New Year's. I couldn't for the life me remember where the hell I had been!

Yep. It's on Prince. On the west side, about 2 blocks west and across the street from Peep. (Peep is at 177 Prince.)

I have no idea what that cross street is offhand-- it might very well be Broadway. I just know how far everything on Prince St. is from Peep.

I had originally taken the photo for the amusmement of Anathemad. I had meant to entitle it "Feed the World" but forgot by the time I got home. That statue has been out there a few years now, though and really is quite well made, despite it being a little bizarre. My only objection is it's difficult to get behind it and see it well from the back, which is unfortunate, as sculpture is *meant* to be seen in a 360 degree fashion.
