I knew some Naval helicopter pilots, and they told stories about flying over penguins and making them fall over. Is that true or urban myth?

Urban myth, I'm afraid. Penguins pretty much ignore what's over their heads (no big flying predators). I've been in helicopters and fixed wing aircraft flying over penguin colonies and nothing much happened.
