Mystery plant again

First shot in situ, doing some growing. Second shot shows root system and little baby one growing off it, heading for light. There was no sign of seeds nearby, and no trees in the area have matching leaves. To be fair, lots of the trees still have no leaves, so it's hard to tell for sure..

I would have said elder, from the new photos, but you say that it has no smell (elder has quite an acrid odour). Not a maple, anyway :)
