Yes. These have to have been planted post 1843, when giant redwoods were introduced to the UK. That makes them a maximum of 162 years old, but, given that giant redwoods live to about 3000, they are barely saplings :)

it's very very close to my house! about 2 paces away from our garage!!
my area is full of huge trees, oldest part of my town. my dad's worried the roots underneath will damamge the house.

oh and looking at that pic, our tree is only a baby compared to that one!!
