the worst thing about growing your own strawberries is there are so more-ish and you run out once you are just getting into them :-(

Home grown strawberries and raspberries are the best. I need a fruit patch.

It was very good, but unfortunately was the only ripe one. I'm looking forward to the others if they survive my upcoming vacation.

mmmmm, looks delicious. home-grown is the best.

Our raspberry canes are looking like producing a bountiful harvest this year. Problem is - the fruit rarely makes it indoors, we tend to just wander over to the plants and graze awhile right there in the garden...

perhaps we should have a 'gardening' shared moblog.... (seeing as gardening is this month's new rock and roll..)

But they taste best out in the garden.

I'm rubbish at gardening. My contribution to the world each year tends to be a few sweet peas and that's it.

Geodyne says:

It looks fabulous.

Careful, you'll get addicted. Mine *never* make it into the house.
