I'm mean, the stilton with cranberries, or the one with apricot, was pretty dman good, but BLUEBERRIES!?!?!?!

Obviously the powers that be read my bitching to you the other night about the lack of blueberries in my life, and decided to cut me a break.

I went with the ginger for my toast this time round - was not disappointed.

where on earth did you find stilton with blue berries! in my earlier days, I had an amazing romance with a scot who intro'd me to stilton, ditched him, kept the cheese.
stilton w/berries is.. well, the best.

It's difficult to find a good hard goats cheese, but worth looking. Ewes cheese is good too :)

kikuchan says:

OOO yes - I was gonna mention hard goats cheese - quite a surprise! But very tasty with a more cheddary testure but still the tang of the goats cheese. So yes, goat's cheese meets with approval.
