This is my personal blog, not a venue for saleable images. In fact, because it's here that I share things that are important to me with the members of the moblog community, photo quality's not my priority. Events, occasions, achievements, thoughts, trips and experiments - you'll find them all here. Contact me for the development version of my photo portfolio, for a selection of saleable images or visit my dance photography blog or my website for cuttings. And remember that all photos remain my copyright unless I've specifically said otherwise.

the weekend's water

Yes, they're 1.5 and 2 litre bottles. I told you it was hot here...

There came a point around 18:30 in the evening where using the electric fan seemed pointless as it was only moving around the already too-hot air. Until, that is, I turned it off..... when I realised just how hot it was outside....

Turns out that the buzzy feeling in my head wasnt too much Spanish coffee - it was wifi. Great to have it in the flat, less great not to be able to turn it off.. Also a shame it took me from Wednesday to Saturday to find out.

Oh yes, and the temperature has gone up again. Cloud cover means it won't cool down tonight either, so the flamenco lessons tomorrow are going to be interesting

Twas 41 degreeswhen we were in Aragon, I didn't think the air con was much cop till we had a power cut ..
Was actually "cooler" in Zaragoza as they have weird local winds , to do with the Ebro and the Pyrenees and things ..

Andalusia is apparently in worst drought of 60 years too, although you wouldn't know it in Seville..
