Design is easy.....?

Always on the look out for design/film/animation/photo taking inspiration - Oh, and travel ideas, (although anything in Japan will always win hands down for me). Currently based in the North East of Scotland.

I should be on a train to Edinburgh right now for part of the festival to see Danny Wallace this evening but circumstances have changed things and I'm not now. Sorry grasshopper. :-(

(the weather here has been terrible by the way, that's one thing you'll be glad to have missed)

Never mind. Thanks Billion, I suppose the weather being a bit rubbish compensates a little bit. :)

JD - I know, but like you I then had some post that arrived that made me put things into perspective too. Sometimes it's good to wallow for half an hour or so though ;)

that's a shame. Hope it's not an bad thing that's happened.

I wonder what Danny Wallace would have been like? 'Join Me' was an enjoyable holiday read.

Thanks T - no, nothing major or bad. Just poor timing. I liked the sound of his new book, and 'Join Me' was an amusing read. In fact I did 'join him' and often on a Friday I have been known to give away 'free art'. Stuff I've painted and then left lying around the city for others to find and possibly (or possibly not!) enjoy. I think other people did far more impressive things but that was my little contribution. :)

so you were part of the Karma Army?! Cool. I saw the ad in a cafe in St Davids but didn't do anything. I wish I could find a piece of art left by a kind soul.

I'm sorry to hear that and it's great to read what you've done

Bless, it did pour down all day. Danny Wallace was funny but it wasn't the same without you, so next time we go see him together. Thank you so much for the Molton Brown vouchers, but you shouldn't have.xx
