I've got a PSP and I rarely use it. Because there are so few worth-it games, plus it's pretty uncomfortable to hold for long periods. That said those few games are pretty excellent, though apart from LocoRoco they generally exist as better versions on other consoles. I reckon it could live for a while on your "less urgent aquisitions" list, unless you find a good secondhand deal. Plus I've just cancelled my xbox live subscription after receiving the console back from whichever repair it just got back from. When the PS3 is offering free online and a console I can actually use without it destroying itself it just seems like a pointless expense.

I've never had a live subscription. I don't play online so it's useless for me.

I've played on a friend's PSP and it was uncomfortable after about 30ish minutes. I don't know if the new lighter and thinner one is better, but I doubt it. Can get a preowned PSP from Game for £80 so I'll likely go down that road eventually.

There are a couple of exclusive games that I want that are PS3, but the one of big reasons for getting it is the BluRay player.

I've had my 360 for nearly 2 years and luckily never had to send it in. So I've gotten lucky there.

The PS3 has confirmed it though, the wireless on the 360 is shit on a stick. The Wii and PS3 both get excellent wireless connection. The 360 is lucky if it can see it.

yeah, I know what you mean about online games. That said, I have absolutely loved Warhawk on the PS3, it's been the first one that I've "clicked" with. It's really very different from the stereotypical online shooter experience, and i'd definitely reccomend it if you're looking something hectic of a shooter kind of game.

I'll have a look at Warhawk.

I'm really really excited for Little Big Planet. It looks like heaven.
