Yo. Bronxelf here. So, I came to the conclusion that I sort of liked the idea of a 365 project, but really wasn't up to taking photos of me every day.

What sounded in some ways more challenging, but in some ways more comfortable was to twist it slightly and do 365 days of my avatar on Second Life.

AK, as I think everyone knows are my initials. They're also the initials of my avatar. And my avatar is well... pretty much like me. So there you go.

Um, I don't know the first thing about CSS, so I'll uh.. get to that.

Other, more traditional, currently active or completed 365 projects include...

365 Days of Mr. Kyoob
My Defective Ear(the one that started this madness- COMPLETE!)
See Me
Slice of Life
Whose Shoes?

VA69:The Holiday Weekend Beach Party.

Long, long, LONG day. I had a six hour set early in the morning, and then
there was the Tube's holiday beach party at Rockaway Beach. I didn't get
out of there for another 10 hours after my set was over. Though the event
overall was good, it highlighted some problems very clearly that have been
talked about by the staff for a while. But I'll get to those later in the

For now, let's start here: The dance floor was set up over the water, so
you could look up through the water and through the floor.

A big screen was set up and loaded with photos taken during the party. These
images rotated every 15 seconds or so. I gave one image to the person who
was controlling the board (not the image that is showing on the screen now. It was a picture of someone else), but decided after that that I didn't feel like
spending $10L an image on the upload end for people who didn't appreciate it
anyway, and didn't submit any more photos to the board.
