I always ask their permission before or show them the shot and ask them if they'd like a copy after, billion... I know that's more difficult to do when you're a) a guy and b) not as short as me but it might make you feel more comfortable about it

Today I like #5 and the way your lady's lines follow the lines of the bit in the centre of the sculpture
