Damage heavy though: perma-stink of fire, bathroom ratio now 8-to-1. Note nut's last name identical to yours. Move in anyway having no other option. Worry floor will collapse. Fear getting mistaken for nut's wife and end up target of vendetta intended for him. Call ex in Frisco, sob.
