My GOODNESS!

Wow. There's just so much in this box it's too much to even begin to list! All kinds of things Ive never seen before. Some I have-- I can get rolos and werthers originals here, but werthers are one of my favorite candies, so that's GREAT. Everything came with minimal wear and tear-- I think the chocolate buttons are all one giant chocolate button now, though. All the chocolate is in the freezer getting it back to a more solid state. Some oily goo smelling like licorice got on some stuff (and has since been washed-- otherwise bad things happen) but all is well now and all I can say is this is wonderful, and thank you, and i cant wait to see all you guys in person. :D :D

The Irn-Bru is in the fridge. that looks interesting. Does marmite go in the fridge? (stop laughing, Ive never seen the stuff before!)

And Twiglets! I get to try twiglets!! YAY!!!!

OMG thank you all so much, this is just super. You guys are the best. I want to especially thank ladislav though, for the wonderful letter he included in the box. Even had nothing else been sent, that would have been fantastic on its own.

Hydrox approves. She has been presented with the box to play with and is content.

11th Aug 2005, 18:42

Joe says:

I suggest VERY thin...so you can barely see it

11th Aug 2005, 18:45

bronxelf says:

Im sensing a theme here.

For the record? When you finally get to eat hot pepper and garlic jelly? Thin is not the way to go. :D

Joe says:

11th Aug 2005, 18:46

bronxelf says:

They would be wonderful with dip.

11th Aug 2005, 18:47

bronxelf says:

worcestershire? Im too lazy to go read the bottle. Whatever. that stuff.

11th Aug 2005, 18:48

bronxelf says:

As I said-- needs dip. :)

11th Aug 2005, 18:50

Joe says:

I often eat them dipped in soft cheese...mmmmm

11th Aug 2005, 18:54

Thank God that's arrived at last - the bastards in the post office told me it would only be a week :) Enjoy!

(I don't put Marmite in the fridge, btw)

14th Aug 2005, 14:15

ladislav says:

Also, Ciorstaidh spells her name a bit differently to how you've written it - could you please change your tag? It looks like you've written the Irish spelling or something...

18th Aug 2005, 19:34

bronxelf says:

They did, they're in the fridge. I haven't even opened those yet.

Also, Irn-Bru tastes like Bazooka bubble gum. Malteasers are tasty. :)

All licorice is going to Amanda with the promise that she not open any of it *anywhere* near me (bad things happen.)

Thank you so much again! :D
