It really is, and my only real regret on the project.

Hey Alfie, I can guess exactly why you picked London if the aim was to get the greatest number of participants physically at the locations in a short period of time. Your other option would probably have been a major festival. I'm not criticising at all, I think it's a great awareness-raising project, potentially. I'm going to be watching to see if the locations discovered contribute to an understanding of the spread of the disease - if it makes thematic sense then I'm happy. I quite like the idea that XDRTB are going viral in pursuit of....it's a bacterial infection isn't it?

London-centricity of the media/new-media industry is a way bigger subject. I think Moblog does fall into that trap as much as many other sites...but also has lots of activity going on elsewhere.

On a very trivial note, I read an interview with Cyndi Lauper on the train to work this morning. It said she was playing Shepherd's Bush this week and then touring nationally. She's already played Manchester and Southampton and any Birmingham fans catching that interview would have been oblivious to the fact they could have caught her there tonight......
