Nice home. Great backyard. Shouldnt have too many problems selling it.

Where are you thinking of moving to?

Jesson says:

Hey JL, It sold in 10 days and at close to the price I wanted. Bit of a miracle considering the credit mess. So I could be homeless for Christmas! That's a little scary, but I'm hoping (and working on) something will sort itself out fairly quickly. As for buying, I'm hoping to kove a bit furhter down the mountains, close to the train station so I can commute to Sydney for work.

And now its someone elses. After 14 years here and a pile of rennovations its hard to move on and yet, the next place will be a new challenge and a new opportunity to go shopping again for new decorating stuff! ;-) Always a good thing.

I missed this!

I'm still amazed that this is not the house I had in Boomerang Place - it looks absolutely idenitical.

I'm pleased it went for the price you wanted. God luck finding somewhere new!

HI G- I'm about 5 mins from Boomerang- just a bit further up.

I wish I could say all was going well with the house buying and selling but its driving me up the wall. Sometimes I wish I could fast foward through all of bull going on.

Jesson says:

Hey SR- moving out of my house this week and into a rental for a while til I find the right place. The 'right place' needs to have a wallaby or at least the potential, as well as my friendly waterdragon. The area I have in mind overlooks all of Sydney and could mean I get to watch the Sydney New Years fireworks from my balcony- if I get the 'right place'.

Its all a bit stressful at the moment and I can't wait for it to be over, but that won't happen unitl the NEw Year.
