Bloody hell Guy, you guys were absolutely amazing in the Ambassador tonight!

Have to say I was really disappointed to hear you were playing there...it's possibly the worst venue in Dublin in terms of sound quality and er..the less than savoury locals. I was very pleased to hear you mention it is being turned into a library.

Your sound engineer is a miracle worker!

Fantastic gig last night, thanks a million. By the way, why does the Ambassador have bulls around the top of the building? The architect who rebuilt the place, Richard Cassels was given to these decorations outside to give a hint to the Rococco interiors his creations would have....or so i'm told.

Ha! He ran the Marathon, and then went on to perform the best gig I was ever at... There just aint no stopping you guys! Dublin on Mon was the best performance I've seen of you guys to date... so polished! Loved hearing Scattered Black and White Live for the 1st time. It reminds me of my fam and growing up... the good owl days. Thanks for signing our flag.. will tresure it forever. Best of Luck with the rest of the tour.

Hi Guy,
I was a friend of Bryan's and I have been following the success of Seldom Seen Kid with great admiration. I think what you and the band have done for him and his family is nothing short of amazing. Massive congrats for picking up the big prize too.

But the main reason I’m contacting you is that I’ve read that you and numerous others are in the process of getting Bryan’s music released and I wanted to let you know that before he died he had asked me to design the artwork for his album and a couple of singles that were going to be released through Guy Lovelady at Little Bird Records. So I just wanted to see if there was any chance that I could still be involved, if so I would be forever grateful and deeply honoured.

Hope this gets to you Guy and hopefully I'll hear from you soon.

Kind regards,
Dermot
