For the first time in over 20 years I attacked a seriously wonky wheel with a spoke spanner. I was going to wait until Christmas and get the shop to do it, but the loose and creaky spokes along with the buckled rim, showed little sign of lasting that long. Fortunately, I hadn't completely forgotten how to do it and all is now well :)

I surprised myself by being able to remember how to do things, as it is such a long time since I last had to do one properly. I used to do them on a regular basis way back when, occupational hazard and all that. Although having said that, we would happily have had you back over to fixify it, so looks like I'll have to rebuckle it!!
