I think those ones were Bobby Moore's. There should be another three or four pictures with this that had pairs owned by Bobby Charlton, George Best and others. There were also some really old "hob nail" boots too, with big ankle protectors.

I though they were probably Sir Bobby's. Nice image. Love the old ball - No laces though - my dad says when he started playing when you headed the ball you got the imprint of laces on your forehead !!
