Looking down a speciality.
Teazleicious Diva-cat photos for the lazy at heart.
Now with added kitten.
That's a lot of ice!! I guess perseverance is the key for the broken posts at the moment then.
And in lovely swirly patterns interspersed with tussocks of grass. We had great fun skimming lumps of ice across the ice, but posting the daft video could take some time!
Brr - you can see the way cold creeps to the heart of a thing, be it body of water or body of blogger...
*Edited for solecisms.
Thanks for the comments. Hound of the Baskervilles was mentioned. I highly recommend this particular hilltop - it has stunning views over the vale of Clwyd, west to Snowdonia, and north to the coast and Liverpool.
It may still be freezing up there JokerXL. But I didn't spend the night on the mountainside to test the theory!
Yeah, yeah. I've got a stinking cold y'know. Otherwise I would have gone for a run yesterday. Total wimp ;)
That's what I said yesterday, only without the stinkin cold, just couldn't be bothered.
Great shots - it always amazes me that grasses happily survive being frozen in ice.
Thank you! I suspect those grasses would survive anything.
I now have a duty to make that spot a regular haunt, just to see how the grass fares in a few more seasons.
Ice-pie, with my little eye ... ;)
That first one is great - kind of surreal!
