A new record this morning, taking 1m 4sec off my best to bring the time down to 20m 12sec. That's my bit for the olympics done :)

Depending of course on what, exactly, you took 20-odd minutes to do.
Wash the car?
Read the Sun cover to cover?
Be specific Paul.
If it was walking from John O'Groats to Land's End I'd be well impressed!
Boiling half a dozen eggs; not so.
i'm guessing cycling home from work, which is a dare-devil task in the UK at any speed!

It was actually the time it took me to do a lap of the M25 by bike, when in a car would likely have been 3 days or more!!
Only kidding, it was a new riding to work record. The ride home record still stands at 22m 35sec. That's why I thought this one was "extreme"ly fast ;)

I rode to work once, just once, for the initial job interview actually. Took me three hours.
