Highly recommended, this book is SO well written, The characters are believable and the story stays with you long after the last page has turned.

Amazing book. No superlatives available to fully do it justice. Why has no-one made this into a film? I can see it so clearly as I am sure all those who love it can. What about Preisner's Requiem for my Friend as incidental music?

Is anyone out there listening? Steven Spielberg where are you?

Ah well i can help you there if you look on imdb there are plans to turn it into a film in 2010. . . I'm not sure though. Of all the books i've read and subsequently watched the film 95% of the time i've been disappointed.
