Stopped Clocks is a public collaborative project which exists to first document all the stopped clocks in the UK, with the aim being to restore those we can to working order.

...infuriatingly about 20 minutes slow - what good is that - or is this another example of what Alfie was taking about on Radio Leeds - local time for Birmingham? Victoria Square, Birmingham.
