Hello friend.
This blog is the usual self-regarding irrelevance, à propos of nothing in particular.
If you like mixing and mashing and messing with music then listen to my (eternally unfinished) project Radio Mastermix.
Otherwise, look over there ---->
If you say so. I can just imagine the German ambassador spluttering to the claim that Americans invented the motor car...
I understand that Pres. Clinton once claimed that Americans were the first to split the atom during a speech. That investment in US education can't come fast enough.
heheh... yes. I watch Presidential speeches with a sense of awe and wonderment, whilst holding on to a firm grasp of the irony of it all.
And blimey - the power of YouTube - I up'd the clips about 30 mins ago and have had 500 views so far. Plenty people want to watch my shakey 'monitor to phone' video recordings... God bless the internet. And God bless America :)
*shivers
To paraphrase from the seminal movie Independence Day; I hope he can do all that sh*t he just said.
Time will tell.
We are in the final months of a real sh*tty decade. The worst 10 years of our lives, and we probably haven't hit the bottom of this current trough. But there's a new optimism which hopefully will carry us out of it. I'm riding the new Tornado steam engine and blowing it's whistle on pessimism. Time to be fantastic again.
Yes, it would be nice if we could all just pretend the 21st century starts here. I also wish the British could get as excited about maglevs as steam trains...
Me and my 3 year old son Tom run the Maglev round our virtual track on the PC... Tom loves the floaty magnet train. Magic!
Excellent - then there's hope for a 21st century transport system in the UK yet!
