These are random moments in the life of an indecent designer and the city she loves.

I am a female, carbon based lifeform.
I am a New York City Native.
I am a Design Professional.
I take photographs.
I also sculpt, paint, create mosaics, and play with weapons.
And sometimes, I even dance about Architecture.
What I see, is what you get.
In that case, I'm not sure I want to hear about the hard part - what you've done doesn't look all that easy to me.
This egg actually took nearly a dozen to actually create.
Right now it's got two spray paint coats of black on it, which isnt nearly enough, as Im trying to get the INSIDE to be black.
So I can then paint the outside red.
So I can then gild the outside in 24K, while the inside remains black.
Maybe. If I can get it to work. I then have to do another one where the inside stays white but the outside is red.
Just a thought - maybe if you have some old fine brushes, breaking them at the ferrule and attaching them to bendable wire might get you into those hard to cover places.
I likeit as it is as well but that's not what the customer ordered so sprayed it is.
Am trying to visulise the respray .... I reckon it is going to be very dark .... will there be an LED light on the inside ?
No. No lights. Just the inside being black and the outside being gold leaf.
Oh my, gold leaf, that is one hell of a project ..... though I think I can see the end result ..... too 'Versaille' for my taste ....
I personally like them either dyed or plain. But hey, whatever people want I'll make em.
Golden- I was a professional artist for about nine years before I went to design school. It's still not easy. I break a lot of eggs in process, mostly due to my own impatience. This one however broke for something not my fault. Back to the drawing board and I suppose I need to get someone to eat eggs for breakfast so I can blow out some more.
Just beautiful! Looked lovely in thumbnail, and astonishingly delicate in this shot.
This is amazing!
I hope you don't mind if I add it to my favorites.
